Tamilnadu Government has already published a set of guidelines to create Employee Identity Cards.  Government Regulation regularization on ID Card meant to collect the maximum data about an employee.  The Government ID Card data procedures given in From - 25C. These ID Card guidelines were issued by the Inspector of Factories.
